Our Rental Policy
Rental Period:
We allow our customer to choose whether to use our service of delivery, set up, or pick up or self service.
If we are providing service for delivery, set up, and pick up, the rental period will be in 1 DAY. You don’t have to lift a finger on your Special Day.
However, if you have friends & family to help out at your event and want to save money, you can choose to pick up the equipment, do your own set up, and just drop off the equipment when you are done for Free! We allow up to 3 DAYS for the equipment to be picked and dropped off if you choose this option. For example: the day before your event, you can pick up the equipment. The second day is the day of your event. Then the day after your event, you need to return the equipment by 6PM. If exceed 3 days after rental, we will require a late fee of $25 per day.
Delivery/Pick Up/Set Up:
Northwest Chair Covers, LLC offer DELIVERY service within reasonable distance of Seattle for $30. This means dropping off the equipment at your home or your event the day before your event.
Northwest Chair Covers, LLC offer PICK UP service within reasonable distance of Seattle for $30. This means picking up already counted & gathered equipment at the location.
Northwest Chair Covers, LLC offer SET UP service at your event. Please call or email us to inquire the availability of the crew & equipment & pricing.
Paper Work:
1. Rental Agreement- We will email or send you a Rental Agreement after you choose Northwest Chair Covers, LLC. You will need to print out this contract, fill out information, sign the contract, and mail it to Northwest Chair Covers, LLC along with the security deposit of 50% of total agreed amount.
2. Delivery Agreement- Upon you pickup equipment or Northwest Chair Covers, LLC dropping off the equipment, you will need to sign an agreement stating that all of the equipments are present and will be returned with same amount.
3.Pick Up Agreement- Upon you dropping off the equipment or Northwest Chair Covers, LLC picking up the equipment at your location, you will need to sign an agreement stating that all of the equipments are present and returned with original condition or report to us if any items are lost or damaged.
Payment:
1. 50 % of the total amount will be mailed with the Rental Agreement to reserve the equipment and the event Date(taxes are included in estimated price).
2. 50% of the total amount will be mailed to us at least 2 Weeks Prior to the event(taxes are included in estimated price).

Damaged/Lost Items:
1. Damaged (Stains, tears, weather, vandalism, etc) or Lost/Stolen Chair Covers will cost $10 to replace per item.
2. Damaged (Stains, tears, weather, vandalism, etc) or Lost/Stolen Sash will cost $5 to replace per item.
Cancellation:
Northwest Chair Covers, LLC require 15 days notice for 100% refund.
Northwest Chair Covers, LLC require 14 days or less notice prior to event will result in 50% loss in your deposit.
Canceling 7 business days prior to the event date or less will result in a full loss of the deposit.
Northwest Chair Covers reserves the right to cancel or refuse to service at whatever time they wish.
Liability:
Northwest Chair Covers,LLC is not responsible for any damages or injuries to the renting party or third parties. Northwest Chair Covers,LLC disclaims any liability for the use of its rented products. Northwest Chair Covers,LLC is not responsible for color variation or size, texture, width and length or style varation due to manufacture's production. Renting party is 100% responsible for the return of the rented prodcuts, and must reimburse NW Chair Covers for all damages and the replacement of equipment.
